Every month, another top chef of the international “Haute Cuisine” is visiting the two-star restaurant Ikarus and demonstrates why she or he is one of the best. Since 2010 the show “Die Besten Köche der Welt – zu Gast im Ikarus” (The best chefs in the world – visiting Ikarus) has been offering a unique insight into the world of the top-class gastronomy.
Hangar-7 Executive Chef Martin Klein visits his guests in their restaurant to study their recipes and explore their culinary environment. The Show illustrates an exciting portrait of the guest chefs, their culinary philosophy and the food culture of their home country.
